Due to Unforeseen interruptions in logistics due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are facing delays in the delivery of our products. Delivery times might increase upto 6 weeks. In rare cases, it might increase even more than 6 weeks when the logistics are affected due to government ordered lockdown.
Non-Receipt Refund Guarantee
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase. If only part of the items in your order has not been received, you will refunded for these items only.
This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.
We offer cancellation only until 24 hours of placing the order or until the order is shipped out, whichever happens earlier.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
